Even thought I don't have it, I'm sure I'd find it handy sometimes. I hate it when I'm browsing the web on my phone and I get a text come in, cause I have to close the browser to sort the text out.
Seeing the number of S60 phones is almost as much as the S40 phones now I may just switch over, what with the increased speed and reliability these days.

Have you guys never used a G600??
It's the same interface, possibly with a few small updates, but the G600 was the first to have this rather sleek and cool new interface.
Realistically, it's pretty much the same phone spec wise, so I know what I'd have.
Does the G600 have the slide transitions when moving from menu to another?

Yes. And you can change wether its a slide, zoom, barn-doors or fade style transition effects.
And you can fully customise the themes.
It's quite a nice Samsung UI to use, and lets you create your own themes on the fly.

only nokia smartphones can do multi tasking (albeit UI becomes laggy)
nokia series40 phones cannot do multi tasking. open the camera and music player stops. open the web, music stops. play a game, music stops. open an application, music stops. thats the best that s40 can do.
in a200, bluetooth transfer can indeed be minimized. i did it in w910.
imagine, a phone user can go about doing other tasks while BT transfer is on going. enhanced multitasking i must say.
Stripped down an

java phone of its

and Cybershot logo, and consider its merits as a PHONE ONLY -

beats the other java phones in better mulitasking, better UI and better battery.
