> The Monthly Esato Camera Phone Shootout - March
Bookmark topic
i've always been disappointed at how my pics always turn out with noise and grains. i've always doubted that my phone's cam can do better. even in bright light situations, there would always be noises, until i took this photo. in the whole year i've had my phone, i've never hat a pic like this, with bright COLORS(lol), sharp contrast, and, minimal noise. finally! a GREEN pasture!
EDIT: I almost forgot... it was taken with a k608i(i's not 2.0MP, but it'll do..), yesterday. no flash, 0.00 exposure compensation, "automatic" white balance setting.

Some pictures here doesnt have Exif information, how do we know they were taken after march 1st?
The rules say Detail of any post procesing must be included, but i dont see anybody write anything about software used to changed the size or anything like that :s

i didn't use post-processing because the exposure time & colours from my k800i were already perfect sometimes post-processing makes your photos look worse if you don't know what your doing.

Here's a screen shot of the exif data for my photo. There was no post-processing done; I simply used Aperture to catalogue this photo.

To answer your question, last time i couldnt read someones exif data i got flamed.
When you upload to esatos servers you lose all the exif data. It depends on how strict people really want me to be. I would like all pictures uploaded tp something other than Esatos servers for this competition to be honest, because for all we know some of these pics coudl be took with a digi cam and uploaded to the Esato server, we'd have no way of proving otherwise.
What does everyone think?
