Damn, your guys are a bit paranoid
I tried a lot of slider phones and never actually got annoyed by wobbling. If I push my W995 it wobbles a tiny bit (a half millimeter or so), but I really wouldn't have seen it if I wouldn't have come across this thread. X1 wobbles, this phone doesn't

(I cant twist my X1 a few millimeters, and even that doesn't bother me a thing....)

While I agree that a little wobble isn't annoying, a phone that wobbles right out of the box seems sub standard, especially for a flagship. As for you guys who are asking why SE can't do a proper QC for the phone?
Read
Eldar Murtazin's Spillikinks #12 and you'll find out crucial information about SE, especially regarding QC. He titled the Spillikinks "what’s wrong with Sony Ericsson".
P.S. If you're too lazy to read through the whole article, skip to 5th last paragraph of the article. It's a damn good article, though. And I believe most SE supporters feel exactly the same. If only SE would wake up and listen to him (us)..

Hehe... Maybe you are right. I got over this problem. Every time I got annoyed I press the play button...hear the quality of my w995 and smile.

Mine's fine and actually better than the port. Are you using the new apple headphones? If so that's the problem. Do you hear only voice or only music or something?
