I don't have the k850, but I have the c901. I can tell you this: it sure takes amazing pictures. Comparing the 2 from esato pictures, I'd say that they are both very good, but the c901 is slightly better. Both phones are very good nonetheless.

Also C901 has produced nice color. Look at standard stock K850i's camdriver photos result. It will produce red to pink picture after all.
And then K850i's didn't have face detection after all. For me, this feature are helpfull in order to take people's photos.

but C901 also has "Smile Shutter"
it will only capture when the person is smiling

Face detection: a feature that allow you took focus on faces. Camera detect and lock focus area at your faces.
Smile shutter: camera will detect your face and automatically capture when camera recognize smile.
Another feature that K850i didn't have was geotagging.

ya.. no doubt K850 can take nice picture too,
but with these new features on C901,
it gives new experience to the user..
LOL.. u think how many times i purposely smile just to test the smile shutter function..
it's funny when i think back that just using my phone, i can make myself smile..
(yep, one or two are fake smile, but after a while the smiles comes naturally, u know what i mean.. )
