Hey guys I have been discharged early I thought it may be longer after going back in but they gave me medication to take home & then go see my doctor. My blood pressure has come down but still not enough but they wanted to free up more beds for more sick people. I even managed to take some photos whilst there. I was pretending to be asleep

It looks like a football stadium.

Glad you're ok. You're not much older than me so i think i'll take the same advice. Ive decided from 1st January im cutting out my main problem: chocolate and fizzy drinks. I have slightly high blood pressure and i know they're doing my no good. So way back in October i decided it would be my new years resolution. Im determined to stick to it.

I am still awake silly me need sleep. Anyway be careful because high blood pressure is called the silent killer. Normally people dont have any symptoms till its too late. I feel god must have given me a lucky warning. Goodnight sleep well

Well when i had an operation on my foot 18 months ago they said it was only slightly high. A lot of it was to do with diet and work related stress. Ive changed jobs since and eat better foods but i still live on too many chocolate bars.

Im also quick tempered which does not help. Im working on keeping calm rather than tearing peoples heads off. Hard to do with my problem with bad drivers and road rage.

Yeah before any operation if your blood pressure is too high they cant operate. That happened to my dad with a hernia operation. But in this day and age with city life being full of crazy idiotic people its hard not to get stressed alot. I knew an asian shop keeper years ago near me and he ran 2 shops and worked 24/7 he was only 50 and gave himself a fatal heart attack just doing too much. Anyway i am off to doctors later i had a lovely sleep last night though still feel drained.

I spend much of my day angry. Theres a lot of very stupid people about these days and nobody seems to have respect for anybody anymore. Or maybe thats just in the UK ?
