okay i also heard that too, 1st batch of shipment coming 17th and 2nd batch on the 24th of this month... does this also apply for the US release? I am thinking the 17th cause that is when Opera is officially announced... maybe thats what they're waiting for... it makes sense that Opera is available on SE's site for download but yet the phone isnt released yet... so maybe thats why they waiting for the 17th... I think this is true...

lol parvski, what appears to be happening is every1 is quoting various different sources, and comin up with all sorts of dates, there's various people on esato claiming to work for orange, and they're giving different dates, and then u actually speak to orange themselves and they say somethin different. All a load of arse if u ask me, i'm not gonna bother gettin me hopes up any more, will keep soldiering on with ole trusty T68i for now!

Just rang Orange meself on 0500 802080, spoke to a guy named Richard, and he said it's this month, no date coz they're not told until day b4! I asked him if he knew the price and he said they're expecting it to be £170 on contract.
Bunch of lieing arseholes methinks!

Its been 17th from the eshop for a good few weeks now and theres been posts on here about it for that long.
The only thing you haven't mentioned is that when I last checked with them, which was about a week ago, they said that the first batch would easily cover all of the orders to date, ie noone who had already orderred would have to wait for the second batch.
I orderred mine from there about 6 weeks ago
