I have a friend who managed to drop his mobile in a glass of GinTonic. Needless to say it wasn't his first drink of the evening. Unfortunately it was a Samsung so no revival attempts worked ...what can you say, Asians can't hold their spirits like us Scandinavians so I think an Ericsson would be fine after a couple of GTs
(just a joke, nothing bad about Asians)

I heard (read) someone mentioning flushing it with "Pure" water. By "Pure", i'm presuming he/she meant demineralised water. you can get this from most supermarkets, if not, try your local auto shop.

Probably too late but you should switch off immediately remove the battery dismantle the phone and flush everything thoroughly with distilled water. Allow to dry completely before powering up. If it is dead try a good known battery. Chances are the LCD may be damaged. Good luck!

MY PHONE WORKS!!!!!!!!!! After three days since it fell into the toilet, I finally tried to turn it on and it works perfectly!
I am sooooooo happy. Thanks for all your advice! Now we know that the T68 is also water proof!

sstrunks84,
That's great news!
But since there are many suggestions here on what you should do, what exactly did you do to dry out the phone?
For future reference...
