...ett s.k. faktiskt fel av abstrakt karaktär vill säga. Detta blir min sista postning i ärendet. Orkar inte knappa på telefonens små knappar längre ;-) Stå på er och lycka till! Låt inte de anställda hos återförsäljare som skriver här påverka er att inte hävda er rätt - de är bara rädda och försöker värna om sitt egna intresse, inte konsumentens! Iofs så kan de ju hålla på den tills operatörerna inför det, och det kan ju dröja om vi har lite otur

Står ju "when the service is available" och de är den ju inte.

Men får å ta det heeelt til en slutt. Så lenge vi kan oppgradere til å få MMS så har Ericsson gjort sitt. Da HAR vi jo en telefon som kan sende MMS, altså dem slipper å gi oss en ny telefon.

Men jag som har köpt min telefon av Telia kan få en ny när de börjar sälja T68i.
Från Telias sida:

"Du kan se och uppleva ljud, bild, animationer och text via tekniken Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) på en färgskärm med 256 färger."

och

"MMS - efterföjaren till SMS Multimedia Messaging Service är en ny teknikstandard efter både SMS och EMS (Enhanced Messaging Service). Nu kan du skicka formaterad text, ljud, bilder och animationer. Skicka till exempel digitala bilder du tar på plats och skickar med MMS."

Lyssna nu grabben. Det är inte bara MMS featuren vi vill ha. Vi vill ochså ha bug fixes, random themes och över 100 backgrounds.


Derför vill vi ha updaten med MMS.

Ja, nu har vi fått det konfirmerat. Ericsson sa at T68 skulle vara den første telefonen på marknaden med MMS.

Men det fikk vi inte.

Today, Ericsson announced the T68, its first mobile phone with color
display, Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) and digital imaging and
audio capabilities. This very small, powerful and sleek mobile phone
with a completely new look and feel is developed for GSM 900/1800/1900
and GPRS networks and will be available before the end of 2001.

I can read swedish and so on, but cant write it

About the T-68 >

In the announcement it was said that T-68 would have the mms-feature.

But when the phone came on sale, this feature wasnt there.
No one told that it had been removed. I dont believe anybody was told that "mms is not in the phone" when they bought it.

The only way to find out that mms wasnt there, was to visit e.g. SE websites.

I dont believe SE or Ericsson made a statement/press-release, saying that a feature had been removed, before the phone went on sale.

I dont really know how it works on the legal terms.

But there does seem to be problems in the way it was communicated,..first it was told that T68m would be the first mms-phone,.. then it was suddenly the T68i that was to be the first mms-phone...hmmm.

Another thing is, according to some SP's the mms-software should be released next week, at the same time the T68i goes on sale.
If this is true, both the T68m and T68i will be the first mms-phones out.

Yepp if its true, then theres nothing to argue about, so all we can do is wait and see. And have anyone seen a T68i out in the stores yet? I havent, Ive just read that its supposed to available.

Gonna be an interesting next week
