CPW in belfast have always taken my SIM out and given me it to keep until the phone is flashed

Hey there, i was just wondering if any-one knows where i can find my local SE shop to upgrade my firmware, i took out a contract with t/m in august, and i have the documentation, what do i need to take with me to prove that i have my warranty, its a one year warranty isnt it ?.
