Yeah its a real simple solution.
Go to file manager find drive D then click on media files then video then the video file it'll open.
And i have been playing Films on my p800's standard Video player at a resolution of 200 X 160 the limitations you spoke off are incorrect.

It works with R1D
You have to encode to 3gp using quicktime 6.3.
Select speech (AMR) sound codec.
This is the only way for me to get sound, have tried all settings in PV Author with no luck.

Hi I have made a movie in 320*208 and it plays awesome on camcoder.t he best i have seen. the image is smoothly and the sound is good. when i trie to open this file in the standard video player it says dimensions to big.but in the camcoder it pays awesome.

Looks great- I'll be keeping on my P800 just to show it off from now on.
It's not perfectly smooth but the resolution is amazing.
What program did you use to encode it? I'm assuming Quick Time Pro. Any idea where I can get a copy of it? (Don't say from apple if you know what I mean)

I just used pv author. and selected the profile smootest motion p800 and change the size to 208*320
