Yeah, Caudwell in stoke-on-trent do, the company is aptly named 'The Mobile Phone Repair Company' And i think they repair all phones, but you have to pay...

Got a samsung E700 now, n even tho it aint as feature packed as Similar SE ones, it feels like the components are of much higher quality.
