i cant really talk cos i didn't read the manual, just knew you had to take out some screws - and the 2 under the battery were the first i found!

i did wonder why they were 3 times longer then the spare screws you got with it!

my p900 hasn't quite been the same since! - its got a kind of creak to it!

The bezel on the P900 is definately more difficult to take off than the P800. Whereas the plastic on the P800 is more rigid, it tends to simply pop off. The P900 bezel is a softer grade plastic and it tends to bend where you insert the stylus.

I'm not surprised that someone may damage the stylus or the bezel on removal. It's just a case of being bold and knowing that it will come off and persisting with it.

@Yazan24, HOW REASSURING!! , i wouldn't use the stylus to remove it anyway, the need for a screwdriver means the job is not going to be done often away from home so people with reasonable levels of common sense would use the tip of a pair of scissors or similar if the cover was a tight fit, but if the cover is hard to remove then maybe discard the phone & buy a replacement unit.

Mate, ur phone is probably faulty because after reading these threads i had to try it and im not taking the piss but i must say it did come of straight away!

Try taking it back to the retailer- seriously- and get them to remove it, that way if it breaks its their fault.

Best of luck

SKEE becareful!

i actually broke my phone while trying to remove the F****ing flip. When I tried to remove the flip I actually pushed the stylus inward. It removed the flip but it broke the plastic thing that holds the bezel. Now I reattached the flip and it holds there .. a little bit lose. I won't remove it again. I just don't know how!! The pictures in the little booklet that comes with the P900 are very unclear. It should come with much more detailed booklet and instructions. And why the F**** aren't the instructions in the user manual? why are they in a separate piece of paper that can get lost easily?
