I bought the adaptor from www.pc-mobile.net. Just did as said for uk purchase and it all went very easy. prompt reply by email and quickly received via recorded delivery, can't complain.

The only headphones I have tried are Sony's, I think 4 different kinds in total, and so far the EX71 outstrips the rest. If I didn't use them I would use the P900 originals. (my friend has ordered seinhesser's so I'll let you know how they compare as soon as)

@ pickle2000

I have tried the 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm jackplug adaptor with the Sony headset before I changed the original SE headphones to the Sony ones. I can't hear any difference, so I guess it's no problem to solder them. The Sony ones were soldered as well by the way.. I think the music quality is fine, finally some bass in my headphones The original SE headphones aren't really build for music, only voice.

@ DarthVader-

You don't have to go crazy Just unscrew both your SE headphones and your Philips ones. The SE ones are easy, turn the dark-grey part clockwise and they will come apart. For the Philips you have to look for yourself... Exchange the headphones and solder the contacts the way they were mounted (watch the colors)

Well, I've just an order with them so will let people know what the service is like. Placing the order was extremely straight forward and easy to do - a very good ordering system. Postage was £2.18.

Well, the adapter turned up yesterday so very quick turnaround - 2 working days from placing the order. Works perfectly as well so highly recommend.
