Stacker doesnt help for the RAM. It just compresses them on disk (memory stick or internal storage). Besides it makes operations slow due to continues compression / decompression as we work with apps. Not any use unless you are very short on disk space.
Its much like disk compression in windows... and I've hardly seen anyone using that
