Suggest if you have any lanyard or any other pocket radio / MP3 with this similar detachable clip so you can try out the resistance for the same. To best of my knowledge and experience it can surely withstand break resistance of about 10KGs

The nylon plastic clip gives your system sod all support it may as well be all made from plastic as one yank the flimsy plastic clip will unbuckle.
Is crime really that bad in china? wheres the honour of the citizens gone?
I bet in one month you'll take off the clip and think wow the P900 looks tiny now.

What was the software that could block the P900 with just send a SMS with a code on it?

well, since a long time and I was thinking of a way to secure laptops.. by designing a small program which runs in the background and send an email to the real owner of the laptop which contains the IP address and some useful info..then it will be easy to know the real geographical location if the IP address was there.. so in the case of new phones which just came out lately and can handle programs someone who's specialized in such things could make a program which maybe make a phone call secretly if the (phone real owner) activates this feature the p900 will call a number and give a message which is recorded as a sound file in the phone.. and thats it you will get the real phone number of the person who stealed the phone.
Cheers

There's an app by WildPalm called PhoneSecure that lets you remotely lock your phone, sound an alarm, and send a message to a pre-defined number.
You can't remove/disable the app without the password, and the message it sends includes your IMEI number (and the new "owner"s phone number) so you can report it to the networks.
It sounds great and it's only $10.
The only trouble is it's Series 60 only, and they keep saying they'll make a P900 version but ... nothing so far.
Send them an email and tell them you want it!

Well you would have to send your SMS or whatever before the bad guy takes the SIM out. Otherwise you are SOL.

Im trying the program and it seems very usefull, it totally locks the phone when u send the block sms but there are other ways of skiping the lock like conect the phone to a pc and delete the boot file so the program wont load.
At least i know that if i forget my phone in my friend's house he wont be able to use it
