Great story @damo. It shows that se has much to do at its support, esato is the concentrated kmowledge of the brand, a virtual bible, so dear se: u are welcome here to be informed whats up at your company!

I have talked to SE in the past and Vodafone about Esato. It was actuallt a Vodafone guy whom had heard about Esato from a friend of his at SE.
A former colleague went to SE to work with information between the worlds SE customer centers and he knows about Esato. So yes, SE knows about us. =)

also, many of you will recall that we've had to remove content in the past that was shown before officially being announced (K700 etc)
there are also other reasons to be sure that SE knows about us so have no doubts about this

They even put Esato in the wap-bookmarks of the K700.
I suppose they would follow this site to get an idea of what lives with the customers. But:
- they can not really rely on Esato, because the people here do not make what we would call a representative sample of the SE customers or mobile phone users;
- there are so many messages here that it could take a lot of browsing-time in order to get something useful out of it.

Maybe one of the moderators are SE staff... it cud be u reading this post AHA!!! well it cud be me... no one will eva knows... for sure we all know whoes working for Vodafone.... hahahaha.... oh well.. its positive tat SE knows this website... if not S700 or V800 wud hv not been made... hahaha... great work with em 2 models.. we love it.. any greater ones? maybe a leak.... hehehe...
