Those are definitely pics taken from S700i, I got the pics from the forum in HK !

Really quality images ! I guess, S700's cam features is quite better with that of the SE K700/i's - no contest!

Not an expert on the subject, but I guess you can get better result by playing around with the white balance (automatic, bulb, fluorescent, sunny, cloudy) and/or the exposure (Evaluative or spot mode).
Here are some more pictures taken with S700 from the link below. Anybody still of the opinion the difference to K700 cam is not big must have sight problem.

Is it possible to change exposure compensation?
Some of your pictures are under exposed and can be fixed by changing the exposure compensation to +2 or maybe +1 is adequate
