Some choice quotations from that site (all wrt Li-ion), for those who are treating their modern Li batteries like their old NiCads:
A lithium-ion battery provides 300-500 discharge/charge cycles. The battery prefers a partial rather than a full discharge. Frequent full discharges should be avoided when possible.
Avoid frequent full discharges because this puts additional strain on the battery. Several partial discharges with frequent recharges are better for lithium-ion than one deep one. Recharging a partially charged lithium-ion does not cause harm because there is no memory. (In this respect, lithium-ion differs from nickel-based batteries.)
Although memory-free, apply a deliberate full discharge once every 30 charges to calibrate batteries with fuel gauge. Running down the battery in the equipment does this. If ignored, the fuel gauge will become increasingly less accurate. The battery life will not be affected.
Should I use up all battery energy before charging?
No, it is better to recharge more often; avoid frequent full discharges.
Yes, on batteries with a fuel gauge, allow a full discharge once a month to enable reset.
Should I charge my battery partially or fully?
Does not matter. Charging in stages is acceptable. Full charge termination occurs by reading the voltage level and charge current. Charging a full battery is safe and does not cause harm.
Should the battery be kept charged when not in use?
Best to store at 40% charge or 3.75-3.80V/cell open terminal. Cool storage is more important than state-of-charge. Do not fully deplete battery because Li-ion may turn off its protection circuit.

As I do not fully concur with one of the replies here saying that he charges his fone-daily
regardless if it's drained or not . . . I guess to maximize the batts performance, also to extend it's life to the max, you just have to drain it (full/ hitting the brink), then charge it applying an extra batt charge for an hour or 2 after hitting the full charge batt icon !

@bobafett - Yes! And when the charging time says - 2 hours, I usually go for 3 hours instead, and if it says 3, then I go for 4 ! Always havin' that extra hour of chargin' mate
! But that will only apply (as always) as long as I have drained the batt - fully !

I dont think i would get better batt performance at fully drain. Do noticed if its empty, i cant turn on the fone, just lights up for a sec.
