Oh, I know that, I’m a big fan of SE and have been from the start, I originally had a Sony Z5. SE is the only brand I really consider now when looking at new phones.
It’s the “Vodkafone” branding I don’t like, as soon as I’ve de-branded it I’m sure I will be more that happy with it.

this is discussed on HoFo. it is figured that the Custoization area is where the cam sound is.
CDA 129300/51 R1A=No sound in silent
CDA 129310/44 R1A = sound on even if silent mode is on
just do the ol firmware check and scroll down to customization
