Hi Guys,
I finally got it and it is working smoothly now. What I did is in the Phone Icon which is on the taskbar when we click on my phones, I right clicked it and selected the driver and selected the speed to 56K from 115K which is max. Now its working and anybody who have this problem, please do as I did

InfraRed monitor service depends on terminal service in win xp.So make sure terminal service is also running in services.msc @ RUN. Thn ur ir wil also work fine. B-)
