I still don't see how all these could make the K700i perfect.

I would like the feature to write SMS just by talking to my phone.

Well S700 has every bit of the K700 User Interface and functions, with exactly nothing more... real MMC slot and 1.3 Megapixel camera aside !
Both phone are comparable, withthe S700 winning as for its deisgn and camera ability. Check this website and compare the screenshots of S700 with that of your K700i:

But true, S700 is a f****ng nice phone and I'd like to get it... But I really love and enjoy playing around with my k700, which is the same phone with lower abilities on the side of the camera... and overall design.

What utter crap! If you don't have anything productive to post, simply don't!!
no, he is entitled to his opinion, rather say (like boba) = " have you an explanation to back this up? because we have an explanation concerning

being good, if you navigate to the awards section in the sony ericsson website, you will see

are doing well, and their sales have increased "
that would be much better
hes just trying to kick up a fuss, dont feed him by starting one!

The K700i has the proper features for the market it targeted. Adding any other substantial feature would place it in another category. The only additions I can see are to the software. Can't have a "have it all phone" guys.

Like I already said before, the K700i is what it is now -- wishful thinking doesn't change anything!

Defnitely Precious is not a perfect phone, but there are some features thats can be incorporated without a increase in cost or any other parameter, such as:
1) The Choice of Battery, could have been slightly more expensive than the 700 mh BST-30..But for a better back up it would be worth it.
2) When you pay your software designers ask them to at least produce a phone which does not have so many bugs..Its difficult..Guess you should pay them more or feed them more coffee..
3) The size should remain just the same, no increase in weight also.
4) SE should have supplied a better quality Quickshare sticker + the keys other than the key pad..With usage they are wearing out...How difficult was it to source a better quality job than the one presently.
5) Expandable Memory card/duo/stick..Well it will defnitely have increased the price but instead..SE could have provided an Internal RAM memory of 64 MB like Motorola...It makes more sense...
6) Get the damn firmware out in time......!
regards,

I am following the discussion and I agree with the memory issue, because I use a lot my K700 as a mp3 player. The thing is, now my contract is expiring next month and I can get the SE Z1010 with as little as 45 euro. What's your opinion? Is it worth the change? Or should I stick to the K700?
Also, I have a removable usb storage disk (128MB), where I have all my songs. Is it possible to use it with the 1010 or should I look around for another phone?
