Big storage cards seem to be getting cheaper by the day, soon they will replace CD's i guess.

Wow Mama!! $350.

I live in the Netherlands and i have not seen it here yet.
I bought it when i was on vacation in Dubai. Paid 699,- Dirham. That's about 140 euro's. Seemd cheap to me because a 512 mb card is 100 euro's here!

There are many shoppingmalls in Dubai. Most of em don't have the 1 gb card, but i found 1 in a mall called "Wifi center" or "Wifi city". The storename is "Jumbo". (very big electronics store)
I think it was cheap because there is no tax in Dubai .

I have found the 512mb Pro Duo selling for £39.96, (ex. VAT) on:

Digimem

They are not selling the 1GB version when I last checked.

Anyway, that's all I have to say, Charlie.

@ Johnny7

Is that the colour of your 1GB Memory Stick or is it just a bad picture?

The reason I ask is that your picture shows a blue Stick when as far as I have seen the 1GB Pro Duos are brown.

Also did it come in the full Sony retail packaging with the Memory Stick Adaptor?
.
