@govigov i can have in my sim card 250 contacts and 10 sms, but in my cellular i can 70 sms and 250 contacts

@whizkidd: It is still not 100% network dependent. Take for example an attempt to run WindowsXP on a 486! It may run on a Pentium 2, but not as well as it would on a PIV. Some data rates just won't cut it on some SIMS.
