Flashback: I can understand why the HBH-30 doesn't support magic word. To be able to wake-up after the magic word, the phone needs to "listen" constantly. This is why the battery-life of your phone will drop when you have this function activated. But for a wireless headset, it would mean that your headset ALSO needs to "listen" constantly. In other words: there is a continuous connection needed between phone and headset for such a functionality.
That would drain the headset's battery within an hour or so.

The only "voice" functionality is possible by incoming calls. At that time, your phone connects automatically to the headset and is able to "listen" to your commands. This way you could ACCEPT or REJECT an incoming call with your voice. For more details on the latter, check the thread "handsfree answering": http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=1551&forum=15&15.
