Sorry Zebi but Orange are not planning to release BlackBerry support for the P910i in the foreseeable future.

Read from a local forum that Singtel and Sony Ericsson Singapore have also stop releasing the BB connect. Something about too many complaints from those who had gone onto it. I'm one of them,

Try Duality from Smartner (www.smartner.com). I have used the personal edition and now am using the professional edition. It is good value and pushes mail and calendar instantly just like BB. Simple to install, cheap to run and it works! It is also easy to pause when you don't want it on (or want to protect your battery from the inevitable drain an always on GPRS connection is going to make).

Does black berry offer email services to those who are outside the countries in which it operates? This message was posted from a T68i

The issue with Duality internet and business edition is that for one the internet addition only allows 1 POP3 email to be integrated to the website. Whereas, BWC allows up to 15 POP3 email accounts. In addition, the Business edition can't be run with the internet addition. Because the Duallity software version for the internet addition and business edition is different when you try to install both it does notice the difference in revision #s and tries to overwrite any existing version. I can't believe Smartner couldn't assign each program with a unique install id that would allow both to be installed on the same handset. In contrast, SE BB client offered the toggle option from the business solution to the internet mail solution. One valuable indicator that the BB client offers is that little visual envelope popup along with the audible alert. The Duality software simply just rings and the audible alerts can't be customized. Although it may seem moot, but at times I often have to scroll through the "messages" pane and manually have to go into the created Duality account. The worst case is that your pc has to be running in order for you to get your mail pushed to you. There are quite a few shortcomings in Duality unfortunately. I simply believe BB's potential on the service and software side is aimed a bit higher.

Mine is a roaming service as long as the destination telco has a GPRS roaming agreement with my service provider. The list is quite comprehensive.

I agree with the Smartner comments. Their UIQ client has a few short comings compaired to their other clients.

Smartner will be introducing a replacement to theor pro version soon. Im running a beta at the moment. One major difference is that the pc software runs as a service so it can be installed on any pc and left running whilst other userswork on the pc. The client can also be installed remotely. The new version also supports remote calendar syncing too

Its getting better but at £35 per annum +gprs costs, you shouldnt complain because it gets your email/calendar to you straight away when you want it.

I have spoken to an Orange account manager and they are working on an Orange P9xx blackberry client but there are no dates yet.....
