@mamba, if you stick a piece of an old credit card between battery and phone, the squeaky sounds will end it´s as simple as that

About the thing with the ears, lol

yea brix, i saw my doctor and he advised me to discontinue the use of the k700i, he even suggusted alternative SE phones like k500 or t610 or s700.

the designer of k700 housing needs to be flogged for these errors

-sharp edges
-squeaky cover
-bad charging port cover which deforms after just weeks
-quickshare falling off
and lots more

why the hell do i have to put in a credit card to fix SE mistake?

it will make the phone heavier and could damage my sim,
wont do that!!

Arez,
even 0.000000001g means a lot to me

besides, the credit card will cause too much pressure on the SIM and you know what that means? you could have it damaged...

this has happened to me b4 so get it right like LOPEZ

Because its not one of those other phones you talk of!!!
Totally new features were added in this phone and yet its size and weight was kept similar to the previous models...its not magic at play here...it has to be compensated from somewhere coz cost is also a factor(v3 razor comes to mind with its claimed excellent build quality and followed closely by the exorbitant price tag)!!
Besides you dont even need a credit card...just half a piece of a visiting card will do and its inserted between the battery and the cover so any kind of sim damage(sheesh!!!) is out of the question!!!
I think its good that the backlash can be 100% corrected in the k700 coz there are so many phones out there *cough nokias cough* in which regardless of what tricks you may have up your sleeve, the backlash persists.

I'll give it a try too, my T610 would often creak a little and it annoyed me.

My K700i creaks a lot now, more so than my T610 ever did. Good tip, now all i need is a spare credit card..
