Just been chatting to a buddy and he tells me that the Motorola A1000 has all that and also a 1.2 mp cam. It's a bit poo though in my oppinion because it takes the newish transflash cards and it's largest capacity at the mo is a measly 256mb.
Still, if memory is not an issue, it could be the gadget for you...
