i see your point but i really think that Sony Ericsson is a "new" brand in the US. and yes they are expensive but not if the phone is offered through a cell service. the T610/T300 were popular with t-mobile and cingular had the T226 but there aren't many SE phones to choose from now - just the T637 and Z500 from cingular but those were released here (relatively) recently. what SE should really do is make phones that work on all bands 850/900/1800/1900!

has just embarked upon its North American campaign with the S710a as this is now available exclusively through Cingular and that guy is also taking photos across America as part of the campaign.

I think they do need to push the promotion a bit more on the other handsets but they have in no way even begun to push in North America.
