Just visited google, plenty of LCD sunvior screens available.
Also on eBay - search under sunvisor.
Two types of sunvisor screens
1) A Sunvisor with built in screen to replace your original sunvisor. Usually a small screen (5.6 inch)
2)A screen with bracket to clip onto your current sunvisor. Available as widescreen. You could probably have one of your sunvisors cut open to insert this second type; this would be a specialist job.

well with the tv in the dash reflecting onto the windshield, it would reflect, but it would be hard to see it kind of, dont you think?
and i have a good local place if i want to get the visor screen. the place that i know of could probobly install this stuff for me for it to work when the key is even in the ignition. got anymore brilliant ideas? in a few months ill post pics lol

Whether the HUD is difficult to see depends on two things:
1) The brightness of the screen. Most HUD systems automaticly dim when you switch on the headlights.
2) How bright the sunlight is coming through the windscreen. At a show the truck will probably be parked inside, negating the problem.
Short of hitting R2D2 over the head and stealing his holographic display, I can't think of a more impressive gimmick!
Of course you could always motorise something - the trunk lid or the suicide rear doors for instance.

With actuators run off relays, controlled by the alarm system remote control, or somehow by the S/E phone acting as infared remote control. Car alarms are able to open / close sunroofs, it not much different to make it open / close the doors instead.
Actually I don't know how possible it would be to control stuff via infared with a mobile phone but it's worth investigating.
