I am visiting Japan in July so I would also like to know how to spend the time. I have heard it takes about 14 hrs and the most I have spent flying is about 5 hours.
Sleeping all the way sounds like the best option to me.
Falling asleep as soon as you sit in your seat and waking up upon landing is the ideal. I think I will board the plane sleep deprived
Although I am not looking forward to being stuck in my seat for that amount of time. I am over 6' tall and not looking forward to it one bit to tell you the truth.
