I just went in to Tom Tom website. Damm its expensive with no package for Western Europe. U got to buy the maps separately at Euro 299 each. Rip off I would say. In the end I used Route66. Works well and never once crash or anything. Stable and accurate.

Is there already somebody that has seen the tomtom UIQ package in a store (other than tomtom)?
And is there somebody that has purshased the package already?

I've been looking arnound, but there is no store that sells it, only the tomtom site. But they are talking about a 5 week delivery... and that's a very long time...

Given that the software is sent on a memory stick or cd, why does TomTom take so long to deliver?..Route66 got to me in a few days

Does anyone know of a way to increase the Voices volume for TomTom? Route 66 is .wav files by the looks of it, and therefore easy enough to change, but I'm finding the TomTom voices to be a little on the quiet side. Any ideas?

Cheers all.

Thanks MR, unfortunately, I don't speak Dutch!

I take it from the bottom part of that page there are normal and loud voices recorded, does anyone know of these in English? Anyone? Please?!?!
