*question (myGlobe MMS)
1. if i send an MMS, and in the end it says error, without the "message sent" confirmation of course, do i get charged?
It doesnt get charged if the mms wasnt sent.
2. when sending MMS, do i get charged differently for GPRS as well? or just the MMS message charge at P5/msg regardless the size of the MMS?
no charge for the gprs service. Kahit mms to an international no, they said will only cost you P5/mms sent( vs. P10/sms to overseas no). However the kb limit of the globe gateway prohibits larger msgs to be sent.

Just watched DEBATE. The usec beside biason, a member of 1988-89 coup's said that- A WEAK MILITARY = A WEAK COUNTRY teka? Cno na nagpalis kay marcos at erap? Ang military or ang mamamayan?

but what does a "weak country" mean? take North Korea for example, can you categorize them as a strong country despite their military having powerful weapons?

or say switzerland which has no standing army (of course, that country has the best militia system in the world)

the problem with some of our soldiers (officers and enlisted personnel alike), is they think that it's only them who's capable of thinking and doing something good for the country. masyadong influential ang military sa gobyerno.

@tom- KORAK! Actually the people change and make history, and not the military! They are dreaming in cloud 9 to say that they are the main force in making reforms, changing the gov't (head of state)
