P8 / minute is for CSD (dial-up) not GPRS, GPRS is .25 cents per kilobyte.
My latest bill shows 90K+++ bytes and i paid P22.01

@erwin- Smart CSD dialup is +63-919-8961000...
that's the old-fashioned way of accessing wap. that's P8/min.
CSD charges are per minute. GPRS charges are per kilobyte.
