@mekeni2000

u said that ur billing changed from time to time, from 5t to 8t to 3t then u received ur billing statement.... may i know how much was ur real bill then?
________________
(i wont disclose some details) kase, when i asked them how much was my running bill, sabi nila it was 2000+ in less than 2 weeks, eh ako naman i know my usage, besides, meron credit limits ang mga plans nila as stated sa booklet nila diba? before, my plan is pioneer-i-text 1000Php, ngayon sa dad ko na yon, ang plan ko now is i-text 600Php, accdg. to them, the default credit limit for plan 600 is 750, (accdg. to the booklet they give away with ur sim upon approval of application: "when you exceed your credit limit, your line will be temporarily disconnected"::meaning outgoing calls/txt/data will be blocked) now... how the hell will i consume 2t+ when my credit limit is just 750, why can i still make calls and send messages and use wap??? btw, i'm just a student..

@ice_jepree

here's what u shud do:
in the services menu, go to service settings
edit active service settings
then in the ip address field input...

I.P. address: try the most common public gateway
>O2 - 193.113.200.195
others (tested 100% working)
>194.129.183.45 / 212.185.045.150 / 209.212.118.136 / 202.056.231.021 / 194.154.192.098 / 192.036.140.080 / 202.075.133.049 / 148.122.161.115 / 194.048.124.071

then
Access point name : minternet
leave all other settings unchaged

*let me know if u've made it work

adv99576, they've been offering since they started last April... it was free until June when they started charging.

One has to request Sun to activate their GPRS and I guess this has been extensively discussed in this thread. Once gprs has been activated, wap browsing with your phone is possible as well as using your phone as modem for PDAs and notebooks.

@ adv99576 - I beg to disagree, my friend is on Sun and we were using wap yesterday. Why would you think I would ask the cost of accessing wap using sun if its not applicable?
