It's only because they trademarked the name a while back. Since the phone will boast a dual-core processor, it's only logical (but not necessarily correct) that it will be called Xperia duo.

Well-remembered sir, pop up in Mobile World Congress 2009 and taken up 8 months before official released in late October.
and became one in hall of shame in
portfolio because after released 4 months (Feb 10), it no longer supported software after all!
Well, I felt like burnt my 600 cash for a crap device (in overall aspect) in 4 months, unlike X10 later born it still have last support in August 11 which almost 2 years. I hope it'll not end up same way.

Good observation
They NEVER use the retail name in presentations before a device is announced. So much for that "leak"...

even if it will be anounced, how much will it cost? if arc was 550euros. 600, 650 or more? I always buy SE because it was specwise with right prize (kinda cheap). Satio was my last highend smartphone (like i've thrown away my money), i'll find my way with the mid range...
