Master reset did nothing for me but delete my games n stuff. update still stops at 41%.

my phone is a hong_kong version but alot of other people with hong kong versions have been able to update

i updated mine to R1N035 in malaysia this morning without any issue. now my phone is back to normal. and it's back to K750i instead of W800i.

finally, mine has updated to the latest firmware, mine went from 42% straight to 100% but it seems fine, camera is 4.5 aswell, the only thing is i still can't make the camera silent even wen in silent mode and i still can't search multiple characters in my contacts,
any ideas,
