why is it that when taking a pic the camera mode is very slow... its not even on night mode... is it normal?? do i need a firmware upgraded??

@kal_59 mine is too - and way slower in night mode. Dont know why. K7 and K5 has no such problem, only in night mode. Im getting my S700 replaced on wednesday with a newer one, but not because of that - more because the fact that I have some kind of dead pixel in the CCD lens, and my shutter switch is loose.
