This must be a branding issue as my unbranded W950 has a standby screen with a clock and it shows missed calls, calendar events, and new messages (including texts and e-mails)???

Does anyone know if you can change the default browser that starts up when you click on the 'web' icon?
I prefer Opera Mini to the version installed on my W950i and would like to change it (rather than have an extra icon in my list of applications).
PS - Just got my debranded phone back from Coxy and can add to the ever growing list of satified customers!

Hello guys,
I am sending my W950i to SEunlock this week. My major concern is music on this phone and I've noticed the mega bass in W800i/w850i which is very much attractive and detailed but in W950i, i am not that much satisfied with the bass level, rest of the phone is awesom. Is it due to the CDA (EU-CDA)? Any one who has done debranding/unlocking/CDA through SEunlcok.co.uk, is it realy affect the volume of the handset? What about the bass(mega bass), is this going to affect the bass as well? and does any one know that how to record a call on W950i? i've tried but i couldn't

OK, here is my rant!
I have gone from the K800 to the W950 and have had SE's for over 15 years now....
wow! that's pretty amazing considering Sony and Ericsson merged only 5 years ago...hell, the first Motorola Startac didn't even come out until 1996...you must have a Delorean with a flux capicitor installed

it supports mp4, 3gp, and i'm not sure but i think it also supports wmv. in any case, it sounds like you have to convert your videos first to play them in your phone.
the best audio/video converter i've used for SE phones so far is M3. it's free and you can read about it at the following link:

you must have MS .net V2 or higher installed first tho.
