Thanks for the answers. Shame but it looks like I'll just have to get the P910, as a bluetooth heaset is indispensable to me and it seems like it won't be sorted out anytime soon.

no, you can't upgrade online to another version of p910, the original firmware is too big, you have to use the modified files and that with fighter. But u can revert to p900 firmware online, if you have nothing to do!

It looks like I have just bought this information on eBay, like a fool, for a few pounds but am really concerned about Bluetooth headsets! Yeah, I know........
Can anyone confirm that the Plantronics M2500 headst will continue to work after this conversion? I really need this and would hate to pay money and then lose the main thing I use BT for.
And is the conversion worth it overall ie benefits against drawbacks?

Any one thats anywhere near manchester (UK) can get their p900 flashed to a p910 at Funky Phones on Upper Brook street. It took the guy in the shop 10 -15 mins and it works perfect ! Definitely recommend

Bundi,
Great that you got it flashed. What does work perfect mean and do you use a Bluetooth headset and if yes, does it still work? This is the reason why myself and lots of other users have steered clear of this upgrade.
