@govigov it would take more than plastic surgery, as that is purely cosmetic. It would require realignement of your throat, removing all the stuff behind your nose and putting it behind where the mouth used to be. Then, how would you eat? If you swallow, all the food will just get stuck on top the stuff behind the nose! If you ask me, i think Jehovah did a good job of building you just the way you are.

Hey i have a question. What is the best way to cook an egg? See, i like scrambled eggs, but the mess to clean up is horrendous, and i find boiled eggs boring. I do like fried eggs, but i cant flip them and always burst the yolk, and it goes all hard, and i like it runny. This leaves me with poached, which are delicious, but i have them poached all the time and im getting a bit bored of them too. Any other ways to cook an egg? I want no mess, no fuss, just good, clean, quality eggage.
