I agree! It's suicide if they announce it this year for release next year.
Not that it will be ahead of anything next year but it will be better to announce it next year for release in the next month or announce it now in October and release it in November or December.

You bet. Tegra 2, OLED screen and S-master. Put a Exmor sensor and we can all ditch SE.

... and what stops them from putting all that into an SE phone?
This is what some of us are saying, Sony is lacking direction.
How big is the portable music players' market after the cellphones have taken over? Why don't they just push SE to a much higher level instead?
