I do not get caller name through the headset either and one other thing is I use it with two T68i's and only one will use voice dialing even when I only have bluetooth switched on on one phone at a time. I seem to have read somewhere that the HBH-30 only has full functions with the last handset that ti was paired with is this true as I could not get a straight answer from SonyEricsson customer services.
