nope...its simpler than that....
As far as prepaid customers go, the usage statement produced by Hutch is sacrosanct....theres no "according to you" business

If the statement sums up to more than what they have deducted, be rest assured that they will deduct the rest....if its less than what they have deducted...theyll cook up some insane reason, which you can do nothin about coz the moolah is already deducted.....if it tallies..they*ll just say....see, we told you its deducted as per your usage statement.....
@a, my dear friend....on a prepaid basis...you are in a no win situation, when it comes to disputing charges

Is there any chance of them refunding the remaining balance if he wants to surrender the card? Ayush, take airtel and show them you're switching to their rivals in front of them. Go to their office and fire them!

@Whiz. Refunding balance is a dream. That never happens. Whoever threatens them of switching over to other network, makes no difference to them. They are tough nuts to be cracked.

naah....no chance....dude, the money has already been deducted...so they dont give a sh*t whether you use the service or not....there are loads of new prepaid users signing up everyday...one user less makes no diff....its the postpaid users that they will try to retain...you may wanna consider switching to prepaid and theres a slight chance that they may consider some benefit, if you demand for it....making threats that you will go to Airtel only works against you
