i charge it when battery is almost drained out..
i dont know where but i hv read that overcharging has bad effect on battery life..

Hm, I was wondering...when you plug your phone to computer via USB cable, the phone starts to charge. And what effect does that have on battery if lets say there is 60% or 75% power left and you are connected for 5 or 10 min to transfer all the files. In this time the phone has charged probably 5% or 10% of full capacity and then you disconnect it from computer.
How do this short bursts of charging effect the battery, when you don't charge it to full capacity (like in the example above)?

Phone has lasted for 4 days use on first charge. (My K700 with similar use would only last 12 hours.) Also using for music, so impressed with life so far! Also being new I'm photographing and playing constantly.... This message was posted from a WAP device

Won't make any difference. Lithium batts don't suffer memory affect, so you can charge in short bursts or long it doesn't matter. As long as enough charge is supplied to overcome the battery drain, the batt will keep charging.
