. I just got my new 1GB Duo card today as well.. after my w800 killed the 512MB one that came with the phone.. I'm really scared the phone will kill my new card as well. It happened when I did a RESET of my phone... I don't know if a cable was plugged into the phone.. which could explain a short.. something that I think would be rather unlikely if no cable was plugged in. Does the phone's battery alone have enough power to fry a memory card!?!?
Anyway.. off to install the new local SEUS. Good to know they made it local.. the Java based version always took its time to load up and update

How long has this been out? A few days? I hope they're fixing the server busy issue :/
I was all excited to update and now I can't because of their damn busy servers.

I strongly suspect that the server is not at all busy but down.if it was so busy 24hrs a day then one guy here would have got his phone done yesterday but everyone who was lucky was lucky on the 14th.
They just can't be arsed making a server down window so they're using that one.They've also got to cover themselves because they're effing about with SEUS 1

actually there are others who have done a succesful upgrade using SEUS2. including me, and theyve posted their experiences regarding it. so maybe we got all lucky this tym with the said new firmware. coz frankly ive experience crap with R1N during SEUS upgrade so resorted to DVT. but when SEUS2 came along, it when smoothly i really dunno wot that means... but all i can say is that were lucky.
i dunno about you, but i guess you shud just relax and do sumthing else but upgrade yer fon... *chill*
