By any chance do you wear football clothing and seek out British pubs whilst holidaying in an eastern part of Spain?

@ scotsboy,
Pubs and me arent the bestest of mates and as for football, you wont ever catch me anywhere that sport.
and as for the Spain thing, what can any part of the world offer me that my beloved England cant?
if i want sea/sun/sand ive got it in the shape of Sandbanks, if i want countryside/hills/heathland ive got it with the New Forest.
maybe i just live in a remarably great part of England.
what is wrong with being a little patrotic every now and again?

There's nothing wrong with being patriotic and you should be very proud to be English. I would agree with you that England is a wonderful country that has a lot to offer although I think that when it comes to sun, sea and sand I would probably opt for Mauritius over Blackpool!

I've formulated this well thought out theory, and it goes along the lines of England has no national dress, and are jealous of us skirt wearing celts. They are even jealous of the sheep
sh@gging slander that sullies our great name, because its an identifying factor they just dont have. Hmmm, yeah, cucumber sandwiches with the crusts cut off isnt quite as memorable as a man in a skirt, is it

@ Scotsboyuk.. Thanks

.. Montecristos are great , havent tried Romeo y Julieta Cigars.. Onyx are good as well. Dont think were off topic as during the Victorian Era after Dinner Gentlemen would retire to the smoking room for Cognac and Cigars.. And lets not forget Gentlemens clubs..

Tea is much more than a mere drink in Britain. It is a solace, a mystique, an art, a way of life, almost a religion. It is more deeply traditional than the roast beef of old England....This khaki-colored concoction, brewed through an accident of history from an exotic plant grown thousands of miles from fog, cricket and left-handed driving, has become the life-blood of the nation.
As times and lifestyles changed the popularity of the formal afternoon tea waned, but has seen a revival in recent years as people once again enjoy its elegance. A "Devon Cream Tea" or simply "Cream Tea" has recently been adopted where scones, with clotted cream and jam, are made the main attraction served alongside a steaming pot of tea.
