But having had grief for a listing that was unclear, you'd think he'd want to avoid the hassle this time.

@ abs, amnesia did say the phone was used in the auction, with the original silver face on, however the recently fitted black facia is unused, and the phones accessories, i don't really see any problem in that.

If you do an advanced search on eBay, one of the options is 'Item condition'. The options are 'New items only' and 'Used items only'. If I choose to search through items under new, that's what I expect.

exactly, thats what I mean. it's as new.

I made an issue about 'as new' in another thread so I wouldn't want to be a hypocrit.

edit: @abs as much as it seems that you like to quote me I said the black fascia is new, I didn't say it's untouched.
To explain better though, the phone was used for a couple of days with the silver fascia. The black arrived, i changed it and put it in the box. Finito.

all i see amnesia do wrong is charge for pp fees.

the bidder could see that s/he was bidding for the used one, also he would have seen the postage costs.
