hehe you seem to be drawing me into the mac side of this thread! - i'll probably go mac when i need to get a laptop in couple of years. can't afford a mac lappy atm though! would have to go with x86 pc.
can't you run windows on an intel mac anyway? have 10gb or so to play games then! - then your fine with all them
or could you use bochs (there's a version for mac os isn't there?) to run windows or something. or is there something like wine for mac os?
@fatreg - hehe i know what you mean about the sexy looks of the macs! i sooooooo love the look of our i.t. teachers mac laptop! - its his own, and he just sends everything he wants to show to us to his intel x86 dell lappy, that is owned by the school, given to him. so overall he's lucky he lives in both worlds! - but is more favoured by the mac side i believe. and also my comp only just lives up to the specs of vista! and to be honest, windows xp is toooooo buggy and crashes too often. i would rather build a homebrew mac though - it possible?
@all - can't everyone just run linux?!?!? hehe i don't because i need windows for games
but then again if everyone used linux and wine was pushed to get better, and more developed, wouldn't it become the ultimate os and be FREE! hehe - i think i might have turned it into mac v windows v linux now
