True, i got the phone next day so left positive feedback, the prob last week was sorted and i apologised for speaking out of term, we are sorting this the best we can, dont leave esato over it, its a great forum and even some of the traders with high feedback get setbacks. I aint here to flame anyone just when you spend alot of money you do prob panic more, everyone here will be sensible enuf and stil deal with you. Just need to sort this to a happy conclusion
