i really dont think that you can justify that, I myself have done well over 1000 transactions with people on the net and found that 99% of the time any issues can easily be resolved with a quick email or a phone call

Your missing my point, the point i'm trying to make is that you can't trust anyone on the net he could be a scam a theif or what ever, i dont think it will go quite well if you phone or email him if he has stole your money. But for the normal abiding citizens then yes obviously you can email them or phone them it will help alot lol but it wont help if he is a arse.
